Visit to Mogadan on 28th April 2025 by Marietta Rodrigues and her students
5 of my students and me visited Mogadan .it was indeed a heart warming visit.
We started we the hymn Argan tuka somia….all the ladies joined us in the hymn.Then my students did a dance performance and the inmates danced too and tapped their feet and clapped their hands ( those who couldn’t dance)
My students applied nail polish and one girl also did mehndi art on the palms of some ladies which delighted them.
The parent who had come along with the kids brought watermelons and bannanas for the home.
The program went on for an hour and half. we ended by student taking the blessings of the elderly women.
It was a visit my students and I will always remember fondly.
