Today’s session was based on 2 quizes .it was a fun session where the residents were made to answer simple questions and everyone was rewarded with sweets .The smarter ones at the home had to answer slightly harder quiz questions so that they feel challenged too.Questions like Name -animals that swim,plants that climb,purple vegetables ,red fruits and many more were asked to each participant .Every one was able to answer,some needed to be given some clues but all of them did a great job.
The other quiz was based on ones emotions..I asked each one of them what they liked best about the partner they were sitting next to.,what they would like for their bday,if they had all the money in the world what they would spend it on ,and also what they would not spend it on.,what makes them happy..etc..They enjoyed this session too as they shared some funny stories and all of them had a good laugh too.
There was a notice board with the time of events that rhey would have for the day.
I reached a little before 9 and the residents usually take about 10 minutes or less to gather together.
Met one of the sisters ,she helped bring some of the residents out to the main hall. .A few were already seated and I usually engage with them about funny incidents that happen in my life.
