Grateful Hearts – An appreciation card-making activity was organised for the inmates of the Home for the Aged with the aim of providing them with an opportunity to express their gratitude and affection towards the nuns who lovingly care for them.
During the activity, cards were distributed among the inmates, who were encouraged to write short appreciation notes for the nuns. With guidance and assistance wherever required, the inmates expressed their feelings through simple messages of love, gratitude, appreciation and blessings. Some wrote personal messages, while others conveyed their thanks through heartfelt words and drawings.
The activity created a warm and meaningful atmosphere, allowing the inmates to reflect on the care and companionship they receive. The cards were later presented to the nuns as a small but heartfelt gesture of appreciation.
