Activity: Painting with vegetables
The activity was block printing with vegetable (ladyfingers) and paints. 11 women participated in this activity. I started off with greetings & morning wishes and introduced the ladyfingers. The women found it very funny that we were painting with vegetables.
They were surprised and happy to see how easily they could make intricate and beautiful patterns with the ladyfingers. Some made flowers, some used it to make borders and others explored abstract art.
They were having fun experimenting with the patterns and colours. At the end everybody had their own block print painting.
