The session began with light warm-up exercises using hula hoops, designed to promote gentle movement, coordination, and flexibility. The elders enjoyed simple stretches and movements while holding the hoops like driving a bus.
Following the warm-up, we organized a fun ball-kicking game. Each participant was invited to kick a ball with the aim of getting it inside the hula hoop placed at a short distance. Every time an inmate successfully kicked the ball into the hoop, they were rewarded with a small prize. The element of collecting prizes created excitement, healthy competition, and a sense of achievement among the participants.
